Guest Room Before and After

Since the guest room was a pre-blog project I don't have any pictures of it in progress. Trust me when I say that every item in this room could be its own post! Here are the before and after pictures...I wanted this room to have a totally different color scheme and design than the rest of my house, and it certainly does!

such a pretty transformation :) your doggy made me in the first few pics. loving the stripes, my husband and i are thinking of doing stripes in our new house but are a little scared..yours came out so perfect that i think we may go through with it! thanks for the motivation and great job again, visiting from life made lovely.

I can't decide what I love most about the room...the paint color, the awesome stripes, or the fabulous bird fabric on the front pillow. Let's just say everything in this room makes it my favorite guest room ever!

Just found your blog. Gotta say...you must have watched and love The Christmas Story (hubby's fav Christmas movie). I say...um, type that because of the lamp. Fragile. Must be French...yep, I've watched it with him once or twice.

We are totally fans, we watch it every year! The leg lamp was actually a wedding gift from my BIL...we've been married for almost eight years now and that lamp has always been a little awkward - I love that it has a home now!
